Selenium Test Automation (Senior Quality Assurance Engineer)

Experience required : (6-8 Years)

Location : Bangalore

• Test Automation-Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.
  Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Lead test planning and test automation across full project cycles-web, mobile, and API layers.
• Define and execute robust test plans, test strategies for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing automation and optimization.
• Knowledge of Retail functions-order management, procurement, and store operations.
  Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with test management and reporting tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
  Solid experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong background in test automation and leading QA teams. Experience in complex test planning, root cause analysis, and mentorship is essential.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Tester (CAT), or Certified Selenium Professional are a plus.
