Job summary The Digital Marketing, SEO, and SMO Team Leader/Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals. They develop and implement digital marketing strategies, SEO campaigns, and SMO efforts. The role involves enhancing the organization's online presence, visibility, and engagement. Job seniority: mid-to-senior level Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of digital marketing, SEO, and SMO specialists. Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink analysis. Develop and execute SMO strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on social. media platforms. Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns. Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital content aligns with SEO and SMO strategies. Use analytics tools to track and measure performance of digital marketing, SEO, and SMO efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SMO. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and current trends. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
