:

  • Liaise with client and related stakeholders to ensure differentiated claims experience for client.
  • Assist client in Claim submission process. Fast-track claims with stakeholders.
  • Managing TPA for TAT and accuracy.
  • Arranging appointments for the healthcare requirements of the client.
  • Claim cost management / Claim investigation
  • Working on reports
  • Evaluate Wellness requirements.
