Job Description
:- Liaise with client and related stakeholders to ensure differentiated claims experience for client.
- Assist client in Claim submission process. Fast-track claims with stakeholders.
- Managing TPA for TAT and accuracy.
- Arranging appointments for the healthcare requirements of the client.
- Claim cost management / Claim investigation
- Working on reports
- Evaluate Wellness requirements.
