Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Account Head to drive and manage relationships with high-value clients across the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, deep experience in managing complex accounts, and proven ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the growth of key strategic accounts in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across hospitals, diagnostic chains, and healthcare enterprises.
  • Understand client needs and align Practos solutions accordingly to maximize value and retention.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management for enterprise-level clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare-specific client needs and market trends.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Prior or current experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of navigating and managing large, complex key accounts.
  • Experience in industries like medical equipment, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or health-tech startups is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong network and connects within the healthcare space, particularly at the leadership level.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
