Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India for a Product Development Manager. The Product Development Manager will oversee the product development process of our textile products, including conceptualization, design, and implementation. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, and operations) to identify new product opportunities, drive innovation, and stay in line with market trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Design or a related field At least 5-7 years of experience in product development management, preferably in the textile industry Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple. projects simultaneously Demonstrated proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, as well as external partners and vendors Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply market research and sales data to the product development process Strong understanding of product development best practices and methodologies Experience working with international customers is a plus Familiarity with sustainable and ethical production practices is a plus
