Design, develop, and implement AIOps solutions to enhance IT operations efficiency and effectiveness, including automation, anomaly detection, event correlation, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure) to integrate AIOps tools and methodologies into existing workflows.
Build and maintain machine learning models for predictive analysis, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights into IT infrastructure and application health.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the AIOps domain and recommend innovative solutions.
Leverage GenAI solutions to automate operational activities to optimize operations cost enabled with Self or Auto healing solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members in AIOps principles and best practices.

You'll need to have:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or a related field.
Proven experience with AIOps platforms and tools (e.g., Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in IT operations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
