Job Description

:
- You will be required to Audit calls, analyse their flaws and work on Quality monitoring sheet
- Train new hire on quality parameters and QMF.
- Audit reps to analyse AOI and areas improved
- Conduct Mock calls and certification
- RAG analysis, coordinating with TLs and Trainer, working on BQ reps etc.

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off Sunday (Fixed)
Working Hours: 10 Am 6 Pm
Reporting Supervisor: Head Operations
