Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available
properties and convert them into buyers.
- Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property
options, and encourage on-site visits.
- Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.
- Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.
- Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Good local market knowledge.
Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
