Job Description
Job PurposeTo drive process and operations improvement initiatives across the company. To provide direction and leadership across multiple departments.
Key ResponsibilityStrategic Initiatives:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities and transformation projects i.e ChatBot / AI Implementation
- Design and drive implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new projects.
Business Process Improvement:
- Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure impact and sustainability of initiatives.
Innovation & Change Management:
- Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with leadership teams, department heads, and external partners.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with overall business strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- MBA / Graduation
- 5+ years of experience working in business process improvement, process optimization, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
