Important 2: It's a Software Testing role, however, to interact with peers at Global locations, all applicants should remain open to work between 2pm & 11pm OR 4pm & 1am work timings.
Job Description:
As an Associate QC Engineer at Deltek, you will be an integral part of our Deltek Integration Center of Excellence team. This role involves requirements analysis, development of test plans and test cases, execution and capturing of test results, reporting defects/issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate requirements specifications and identify use cases.
- Prepare and execute test cases in test instances.
- Report defects and verify fixes.
- Perform system testing, functional testing, performance, load & stress testing, UI testing, and regression testing.
- Provide test assessments and release customizations with high quality.
- Work with development and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot root causes and verify fixes.
- Validate deployment documents by deploying applications on staging servers.
- Develop best practices to optimize the testing process.
- Proactively solve problems and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to demonstrate how effectively our solutions can help companies with their business automation needs.
Requirements:
- 2025 passouts with a B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, specializing in CSE/IT/ECE, with a minimum of 60% aggregate.
- Good knowledge in testing web and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking tools, test case design, and execution.
- Working knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of any programming languages and databases is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background or good understanding of technology and industry trends.
