Job Description
* Strong verbal, written, interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task* Act as Brand Ambassador for the Club and be able to articulate the benefits of the Club membership in subtle and conversational style
* Working schedule flexibility and dependability. Candidates must be available and willing to work late evenings, weekends and holidays as required
* Must promote a positive club image, have a professional appearance and presentation along with the ability to interact with diverse groups
* Candidate must be a self-starter, independent worker, able to achieve targeted membership growth. In addition, must have an understanding of appropriate selling techniques as it relates to membership campaigns, programs and prospecting
* Ability to generate leads and referrals
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports
* Maintain client records as desired by the company
* Qualification :
o Sales Experience : 8 to 11 years
* We are looking at a candidate who can interact with socialites, film-makers, creatives, artists, wives / moms, jewellers, ad and media personnel, intellectuals, fashion designers, journalists, lawyers, sportspersons, athletes, etc. We want someone the club members can relate to, someone they (very high profile potential members) are comfortable meeting one on one, even over a drink or at home, or on weekends, or over a business lunch. Someone "relatable" and an "equal" in terms of conversation, upbringing, understanding, etc. not a "salesperson" but someone who can empathize with the potenti al member's lifestyle, needs, social standing, requirements, etc
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should have excellent communication skill,Must have experience in to handling HNI Client.
