Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on knowledge of Appian, Agile methodologies, and data modeling. The candidate will be working in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams located in different geographical locations (mostly US and India).
What you'll do
- Develop, design, and implement end-to-end business process solutions using Appian.
- Should be familiar with the most recent versions of Appian (24.x +).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and India to gather requirements and ensure effective communication.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring efficient database design.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in complex Appian. projects strong familiarity with Appian interfaces, process models, rules, integrations, tasks, etc.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience with SQL to implement and optimize database solutions
- Effective communication skills.
- Appian certification is a plus
- Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js or Python
- Prior experience working as part of onshore / offshore development teams
