  • Achieve budgeted sales and contribution.
  • Monitor and control GWC as per norms
  • Optimize capacity utilization by increasing sales volume but maintaining required contributions.
  • Conduct CFTs and FTs to resolve day to day challenges faced by business.
  • Prepare, review and ensure adherence to functional SOPs.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities by collaborating with existing and new customers.
  • Perform the role of people manager.
  • Keep abreast with current market trends to take higher responsibilities.
