Job Description

Candidate with 3-10 years of total experience and knowledge in any of the Insurance domains
Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/M.sc/ M.S./ MBA in Systems, IT or Insurance or Finance.
Domain Certification like FIII,AINS,FLMI, CPCU is an added advantage
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal & non verbal communication skills.
Should be a team-player.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Critical thinking combined with efficient problem solving.
Good collaboration skills with distributed, multi-cultural teams.
High degree of personal drive and motivation.
In a Business Analyst role, candidate should have a customer exposure experience of at least 2 years
Candidate should have exposure in any of the core insurance areas such as Policy administration, Risk rating, Reinsurance, Commission, Claims etc.
Analyzing the tickets and capability to differentiate between Change requests (demands) and Bugs
Should have exposure in preparing business analyst deliverables such as Process flows, Business Requirements Documents, Fit-GAP documents and Functional Design Documents.
Capability to solve the Bugs if they are Configuration related
Capabilities to work on JIRA and writing proper User stories.
Product life cycle management and application migration.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall development life cycle.
Having exposure to Good understanding of Scrum.
Should have experience in SQL, Test case writings and database
