We are looking for an Associate Project Manager, Product Operations, to drive operational excellence within our product team. This role blends data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic execution, ensuring smooth coordination across product, engineering, and business teams. Role & responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Establish and refine processes to improve product development efficiency.
- Define best practices for prioritization, execution, and cross-team collaboration.
- Partner with product leadership to set operational goals and track key success metrics.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze product performance data and market trends to influence strategy.
- Develop frameworks to measure and improve team efficiency.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure access to the right data for decision-making.
Project & Resource Management
- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Coordinate resources across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Identify and mitigate roadblocks, proactively driving resolutions.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Drive transparency through reporting, dashboards, and regular updates.
Skills youll need to succeed in this role
- 5-9 years of experience in product operations, program management, business operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational impact.
- Strong data skills comfortable working with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decision-making across teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in an IT enterprise product company.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe Agile)
- Familiarity with release management and DevOps processes.
- Exposure to Data Governance and Security
