Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Greet and assist customers with beauty product selection

Provide personalized skincare and makeup advice

Demonstrate product usage and offer mini makeovers

Drive sales through upselling and promotions

Maintain product displays and cleanliness

Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge

Follow hygiene and safety standards

Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 2+ years in retail or cosmetics sales (preferred)

Education: SSC; cosmetology certification is a plus

Skills: Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

Knowledge: Basic understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends

Personality: Friendly, approachable, confident, and well-groomed

Flexibility: Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Passion: Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, and helping others feel confident
