We have an opportunity for "Assistant Manager Project (Civil)" at Bareilly (U.P.) Location.
Exp.: 08 to 10 Years.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) (1st Class)
Other Requirement : Should be ready to sign a bond.
Preferred Industry : Ice cream/ Food /Dairy /FMCG/Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Planning & execution of industrial/commercial Buildings.
- Project Management Skills.
- SAP knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective supervision skills.
Job Description:
- Overall control of Civil works at the project site & after commissioning civil works and improvements in the plant during operations.
- Result-oriented execution of planned civil works in coordination with Project-In-Charge.
- Must know the technicality and stability aspects of civil works.
- Ready to work anywhere in India.
- To coordinate with other depts. for speedy implementation of the whole project efficiently & effectively.
- Monitoring of financial spending on civil works closely as per orders till completion along with detailed bar / PERT chart for follow up.
- Maintenance of civil works during the production of any food industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have executed dairy / ice cream plants abroad /India.
- Must have basic and practical knowledge of civil works
- Ensure compliance to food safety policies and procedures.
