Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our team and lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, and be proficient in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of .NET-based solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core.
• Architect and implement cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services.
• Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and related services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or project-based environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to Azure or .NET.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
