We are hiring for HR RECRUITER || Take home upto 25k (plus incentives)
Hyderabad ||work from office
Max Upto Experience 25k Take Home + (incentives)
Max Upto Fresher 18k Take home + (Incentives)
Only Females
Work From Office Only
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexibility required)
Week Off: Fixed Sunday Week Off

Screening: Evaluate & shortlist qualified candidates
Coordination: Schedule interviews & manage communication
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on hiring trends & job market
Documentation: Maintain records for analysis & insights
Job description
- Talent Sourcing and Outreach
- Proactively search for qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications to match job requirements.
- Coordinating the Hiring Process
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate communication between candidates and the company, and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
- Job Posting and Advertisement
- Create and publish job postings across platforms to attract suitable candidates and maintain the employer brand.
- Maintaining Recruitment Records and Reports
- Track candidate progress, update applicant databases, and provide reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
