Job Description

Realpage India( A Product company) Hiring for MBA HR Intern. Intrested candidtaes plesae attend the Walkin interview on Thursday i.e., 22nd May'25 @10 AM IST.

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and candidates.
HR Concepts: Possess a strong understanding of fundamental HR principles and practices.
Talent Acquisition (TA): Show a clear understanding of the Talent Acquisition function, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Recruitment Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
