Job Description

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in designing for healthcare SaaS applications.
• Proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces for clinical, administrative, and financial users in the healthcare space.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms, and patient portals.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, accessibility standards, and user data privacy.
• Proficiency in designing complex, data-driven interfaces with dashboards and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, including information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a focus on scalable and responsive design systems.
