Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for LAP, Mortgage Loans, and other financial products.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth, sourcing through DSA.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
