Job Description

• 5-6 Years of total experience
• Design, develop, and maintain custom UI interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Service Portal and related UI elements.
• Build and optimize responsive, user-centric designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNows UI Framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, intuitive UI solutions.
• Implement ServiceNow widgets, pages, and other UI components with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Ensure high-quality design and coding standards are followed for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs align with user needs and expectations.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate UI with server-side logic and APIs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow UI components.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, development tools, and technologies. Role & responsibilities
