Educational Qualifications

Qualification College, university, or equivalent bachelors degree, or a related subject, acceptable Store related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Experience Level

Min 2+ years of Store/Warehouse experience Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Job Summary

Responsible for smooth functioning of Parts, Store management in line with SCM process & IAP adherence, stick out & In.

Key Role Responsibilities

1. Inwards & Outwards logistics management

2. API, RMA. Random audit management

3. Invoicing

4. Stock in & out min max management

5. MIS report for daily dispatch/ Old parts/recon parts/ recon core receiving back from customer site

6. Purchase return in case of damages, leakage/short wrong supply received

7. Preparation of challans for issuance of material as per process.

Required Skills & Competencies

8. Should have warehouse management experience.

9. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are needed to evaluate lead data, identify trends, and generate reports for the dealership management.

10. Soft spoken, flexible, time adherence, Excel, team work skill are require.
