Role Overview :
We are looking for a with strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and follow best practices.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in understanding of the, possess a solid , and demonstrate the ability to leverage before opting for custom development. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities :
- Experience with modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and architecture(especially Glide API server/client-side scripting).
- Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Ability to solve problems using out-of-the-box features.
- Firm understanding of the approval is required before jumping into custom code that is not documented in stories.
- Comfortable working with Service Portal, UI Pages, Catalog Items, etc.
- Use of Update Sets, Git (if using scoped apps), and knowledge of SDLC or Agile.
Nice to have :
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
