Job Description
- Any Technical Background student preferable from Engineering
- Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company s IT Infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities, such as :
- Hardware: Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Biometric devices etc
- Network Administration: Install, configure and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, PBX and troubleshoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.
- System Administration: Install and Maintain Linux/Windows OS and all related Applications Productivity tools, install security patches upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates., troubleshoot using Remote Desktop Tools. Support related to LMS, SEB, and other software used the organization.
- Server Administration: Management of Active Directory, User Groups, DNS,DHCP, Web Servers and Files Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies., Performance Monitoring
- Procurement and Vendor Interfacing: Procure devices from local markets or online stores. Will have to go to local stores to get the devices. Resolve issues including Internet, System/Devices, Network Provider by interfacing with vendors and service providers.
- Documentation: Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain an inventory of systems and devices.
