Lead RPA Developer UiPath
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 6+ Years (5+ years in UiPath)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our automation team. This is a permanent remote position ideal for a self-driven professional who excels in developing and leading end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation by automating complex business processes and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to understand automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment plans.
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of RPA developers, perform code reviews, and support troubleshooting.
- Participate in RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives, providing architectural input and innovation ideas.
- Integrate UiPath bots with external systems via APIs and databases.
- Monitor bot performance and maintain automation solutions post-deployment.
- 6+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, REFramework, and Orchestrator.
- Experience with attended/unattended bots, queue management, and exception handling.
- Proficient in VB.NET, C#, or Python (for scripting in automation workflows).
- Experience integrating bots with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, etc.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to AI/ML, OCR tools like ABBYY, Document Understanding in UiPath.
Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
