Experience: 8-10 years Mandatory Skills: C#, .NET Framework/Core, Angular, SQL Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
- Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using C# and .NET for backend, and Angular for frontend.
- Perform thorough code reviews, especially in database scripts, Angular components, and C#/.NET modules.
- Review, optimize, and ensure quality in database scripts and queries. Identify and resolve performance issues in databases.
- Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in sprint planning, and technical reviews to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in C# within the .NET Framework/Core.
- Extensive experience with Angular.
- Strong SQL knowledge, with expertise in reviewing and optimizing complex database scripts.
Design Architecture:
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and other scalable architectures.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and software architecture best practices.
Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure the overall quality of deliverables.
Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
