Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Program Manager to drive efficiency, process optimization, productivity, and business operations and growth. This role will focus on identifying process bottlenecks, implementing improvement initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic operational changes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and a strong background in program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Project Management: Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements and ensure continuous enhancement.
- Automation & Technology Integration: Leverage tools and technology to drive automation and operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and organizational alignment.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training programs and process documentation to support organizational learning and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD degree in Business, Engineering, computer/information technology, data science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, program management, or operations.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management best practices.
- ML, AI, or LLM deployment experience and background.
