Job Description
Designation: Subject Matter ExpertOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join ourPayroll department. The ideal candidate should have in-depth understanding of payroll processes,
compliance, and software systems. As an SME, you will play a pivotal role in designing,
implementing, and optimizing payroll solutions for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and
efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
? Provide in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, including tax compliance, employee benefits,
and statutory regulations.
? Ensure payroll processes align with local, national, and global compliance standards.
? Act as a advisor for clients by understanding their payroll requirements and offering solutions.
? Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance payroll software solutions.
? Identify areas for automation and process improvement, ensuring seamless payroll execution.
? Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, compliance, or related roles.
3. Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and
team members.
