Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to capture compelling footage and turn raw videos into polished content that aligns with our brands visual tone. You'll work closely with our content & marketing teams to produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.
Videography:
- Plan, shoot, and direct video content (e.g. interviews, product shoots, events, BTS, and promotional videos)
- Operate video equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and audio gear.
- Scout locations, set up lighting and audio, and ensure a high-quality visual setup
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos with smooth transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Create short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
- Add subtitles, overlays, and branding elements in line with company guidelines.
- Export and compress videos optimized for web and social media usage
Creative & Technical Support:
- Brainstorm video concepts and storyboards with the creative team
- Maintain video asset library and organize raw and edited footage
- Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific styles
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, pacing, and attention to detail
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and camera operations.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and basic animation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in film, media, communication, or related fields
- Experience with drone footage or animation tools (optional)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media formats
