Job Description Role Description: The role plays a critical part in establishing HomeLane as a great place to work from an employee experience standpoint. With the focus on improving HR processes and executing strategies for the growth and development of our people, this role will be responsible for partnering with the business to understand and resolve complex issues related to our people. They will have ownership of driving the end-to-end People agenda for their scope. Role Reports to -Senior Manager - HRBP Assist with implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, talent and performance management. Use internal channels to effectively communicate policies, benefits, etc. that aid in employee growth and retention Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Act as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues Implement the HR processes, managing the local. execution working with the central HRBP function Support the Senior HRBP's change programmes ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all initiatives Manage exit processes for staff, carrying out exit interviews etc. Manages HR Projects cross-functionally Resolve employee escalations effectively within the policy framework Drive engagement agenda for the function, including regular connects with the employees Maintain data for all touchpoints and build insights/analysis to recommend improvements in retention, engagement for the function Job Requirement 2-4 years of People Operations experience with extremely high ownership, self-starter ability and go-getter comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices who has strong bias for action and problem solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to details and has the ability to drive initiatives independently who is enthusiastic to learn and develop new skills
