Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify technical solutions for IT Infrastructure Solutions needs.

Work with clients such as System Integrators, IT Solutions and Service Providers, Data Centers, IT Consultants and more.

Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, based on customer s requirements.

Provide excellent pre-sales support and respond to technical queries from customers in a timely manner.

Installation, configuration and management of COMMANDO networking products.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity or infrastructure problems in a Local and Wide Area Network environment.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of COMMANDO.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions to customers.
