Fullstack Java Lead (React) @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using Java FullStack technologies such as Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for microservices architecture.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process.
• Provide guidance on best practices for debugging techniques, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in Java FullStack development with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of React.js frontend development principles and its integration with back-end services.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team through all phases of software development lifecycle.
