Job Description
1. 5+ Years of Software Quality Assurance or Data Analysis experience on enterprise level applications which includes Data Warehouse Testing.
2. Experience in writing complex SQL queries.
3. Ability to determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e, data validation, regression, etc.), including evaluating the testability of requirements and create a comprehensive test plan that supports the business and technological solutions being delivered.
4. Understanding of information governance principles and how they could apply in a testing capacity.
5. Should have adequate experience and clear understanding of data warehouse concepts and data mart testing.
6. Knowledge of data models and entity relationship diagrams.
7. Identification and Test Data Preparation Techniques.
8. Proficiency with Test Case Preparation and Execution. Help with profiling of databases table while writing the test cases.
9. Document, review and understand requirements in BRDs/SRDs whenever needed.
10. Ability to transform complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries
11. Defect tracking experience (i.e. AzDO, Jira, Rally, etc)
12. Thorough knowledge of Software Test Life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle etc.
13. Creating requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
14. Extensive exposure to ETL testing with high-level of SQL skills is required. Experience in Coalesce tool is a plus, automate SQL scripts in the tool for automation.
15. Should have exposure to large data sets and understand Data Quality Framework.
16. Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
17. Assist with and coordinate UAT process - test cases, execution, etc
18. Experience in Banking domain will be a value add

1. Good communication skills with a confident personality so that can gather requirement from onsite team as well as demonstrate the output to other members of the team.
2. Ability to communicate well to both technical and non-technical staff.
3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately.
4. Excellent learning skills, must learn and also guide other team members on their knowledge.
5. Should be a self-starter; takes responsibility and ownership and is self-driven.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as ability to work within a team
