HSE Training Coordinator @ Santosh Hegadi

Job Description

• Develop and prepare HSE orientation, induction and other specific training programs for Project work force in accordance with approved training matrix
• Conduct internal awareness trainings as required
• Implement a competency assessment process in order to verify the learning and the capability to safely carry out the activities each worker is assigned;
• Maintain the training matrix updated with a database identifying all trainees names
• Ensure that a final test proving the acquired knowledge / awareness of the trainee and the training effectiveness is in place
• Ensure that the HSE Inspectors monitor the effectiveness of the training at site and conduct the coaching as necessary.
