1. Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding.
2. Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking conference halls as well as audiovisual equipment, preparing documentation, etc.
3. Organizing and scheduling complicated monthly and annual operations, such as agendas, meetings, logistics, luncheon arrangements, and travel plans.
4. Serving as a lead administrator for central services.

Requirements and skills
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Office, MS Excel Sheet, MS Outlook)
2. Professional emails writing skills
3. Fast working computer at home

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday are the working days. Saturday & Sunday Off
Working Hours: 9.30 pm to 12.30 am (4 Hours)
Salary: 10k-12k per month
Salary in bank account on 1st of every month.
