Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and coordinate compensation packages.
- Ensure timely and sufficient staffing to meet company goals and objectives.
- Provide detailed and analytical recruitment reports.
- Facilitate candidate induction and onboarding.
