Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the New Business department, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the New Business department, preferably in a sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
