Job Description B.S. or M.S. in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline is required, and further industrial work experience is desirable. Qualifications : Strong knowledge of traditional and modern synthetic organic methodologies, purification techniques and spectroscopic methods for the synthesis of complex small molecules is required. Exceptional laboratory skills and an attention to detail. Ability to carry out multi-step synthetic sequences on multi-gram scales safely. The ability to effectively collaborate and work in teams of scientists, including working closely with a Principal Investigator. Experience working in kilo, pilot and / or manufacturing scale environments is desirable.
