Job Description

Responsible of implementing the research plan in the shift and support the R&D manager in the new designs, Supervising, following up and executing the functions of the department and assure the quality of the new products during all stages from raw materials to final product. Responsibilities Design the required special compound specifications and compare colors to be as same as the colors of customer's requirements. Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues, deviations, and non-conformance. Record and report cases of non-conformity and submit proposals for addressing mismatches. Formulate and develop semi-conductor for medium voltage, develop new products as per customer requirements. Formulate and development of XLPE for medium voltage, developing new products as per customer requirements. Formulate and development of rubber compounds for cable applications. Analyze and follow-up R&D samples. Follow up the efficiency of the equipment and periodic. maintenance. Responsible for the quality of the new production process and take any quick decision to help completing it in coordination with the direct manager. Prepare periodic reports on the activity of the production process during the shift and submit it to the direct manager. Measure the mechanical and physical properties of the final product during the production process. Qualifications Education: Degree in chemistry science or equivalent. Years of Experience: 1-3 years Language: Good command of English. Computer skills: Microsoft office
