Job Description
SandMartin seeks to employ a highly motivated MBA in International Business/Finance or Marketing to help bolster SandMartins brand presence and enable the organization to expand its global operations.Business Development:
- Generate & execute new outsourcing business in line with corporate goals and adding to the companys constantly growing revenues and profitability.
- Create business development and marketing strategies to expand the Clienitele in the Geographies the company operates in and expanding to newer geographies.
- Creating Social Media Marketing strategies to enhance the brand name in Social Media space in Market and Industries that we operate in.
- Brainstorming , Developing and Executing full-scale marketing campaign including on traditional and modern channels like on -Linkedin, Youtube, etc
- Developing Corporate Videos, Blogs and publishing on Youtube,Medium, etc
- Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organizations website
- Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers via primary & secondary research.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
- Responsible for achieving the assigned targets
- Evaluating competitors Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports and Report on Business Development activities to senior management on weekly basis.
- Production and mailing of Companys newsletter, marketing newsletter with pre-defined frequency. including preparation of case studies,whitepaper, corporate presentation, Brochures, Flyers, etc
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new areas of business.
- Co-ordination with International Accounting Networks including attending and organizing Webinars.
- Identify and assist in acquisition of KPOs/ BPOs operating domestically and internationally after carrying out proper due-diligence.
- Undertake Business Research across different verticals of the Organisation including the markets of UK, US, Australia and other English speaking First World Countries.
- Preparation and arrangements of Business requisites for conferences and seminars organized in the UK, US, Australia and India and assist in General Marketing efforts of the Company.
- Analysis of Competition and its trends
- Coordination and updation of Company website
- Assistance in proper ownership and securing of the Companys IPR and the marketing content developed.

- To suggest new & innovative ideas to create & update Brochures.
- To provide newsletter content, Image selection, Design Drafting of Digital Marketing content for the Company and then to generate report and follow the leads from newsletter and other online marketing campaigns.
- Collecting Knowledgeable Newsletters, Literature, Whitepapers, Case studies etc. as reference for the Company.
- Evaluating social media options/ website
D. Client Retention
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Required Candidate profile
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, personable personality, International exposure of living or working in countries like UK, US, Australia, Canada, etc
- Post graduate in International Business, Finance or Marketing from any International University or from a premium Indian Institute
- In depth sales and business development experience of at least 3 years, with industry expertise and proven track record of generating revenue.
- Experience on Business Development through Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc.
- Experience in KPO/BPO/Call Centres and other IT-enabled Companies.
