We at IGT are hiring for International Process (Blended).

Position: -

Customer Service Associate

Job Role: -

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, emails and chats related to travel.

2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.

3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Qualification: -

1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

3. Freshers and experienced are eligible
