Role And Responsibilities The Solutions Architect will play a key role in driving the architecture and design of our products. Responsibilities include: Participating in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions Having 8+ years of experience in any programming language, preferably Python or Scala Being responsible for scaling, performance, and quality for the team Setting up best practices to help the team achieve scalability, performance, and quality Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team Experimenting with new and relevant technologies and tools. and driving their adoption Ensuring that the architecture of the product is aligned with the requirements Creating architectures and designs for new solutions Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: Technical breadth with exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces and technologies Strong system design and object-oriented skills Solid coding skills with the ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercises Good knowledge, understanding, and experience of working with multi-tier architectures Experience with high-performance web-scale and real-time response systems Exposure to complete product development cycles Experience in developing scalable products with large data handling or transaction processing exposure Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where boundaries aren't clearly defined Required Skills 8+ years of experience in any programming language, preferably Python or Scala Strong system design and object-oriented skills Solid coding skills Skills: solutions architect,solution architect,solution architect
