We are looking for Office Coordinator/ telecaller/ front desk receptionist for Sector 82- Chandigarh(females only) Person who can join immediately. Candidate must have good communication skills. Immediate Joiners are preferred. Manage the schedule for all company conference and meeting rooms, ensuring that executive meeting needs are always met Ensure that all company-wide internal correspondence is distributed as paper memos and also posted on the company intranetthe stock levels for office and break room supplies and Maintain purchase requests to management when necessary Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours Answer phones and greet and direct visitors appropriately Job Type: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Speak. with the employer +91-XXXXXXXXXX
