Job Description

We are looking for Business Associates to join our sales team. Experience: 0 to 2 years. To be based out of our office in Trivandrum Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Networking: Engage with potential customers through direct outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups using our CRM system. Ideal Candidate:
Freshers who are enthusiastic about starting a career in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
Commitment to grow with the organization, with a minimum stay of three years.
