Job Description

As a team member, you will understand customer requirements, onboard new customers, and drive adoption. You will also ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and support.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving customer value and business growth by maximizing solution impact, ensuring retention, and expanding Akamais Enterprise Security.
  • Building relationships at all levels, including C-suite, by leading strategic reviews and aligning objectives for success.
  • Serving as a Strategic Advisor by recommending product features and best practices to accelerate time to value.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Engineering to develop solutions, influence the roadmap, and enhance customer value.
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding by understanding customer requirements and crafting success plans that align solutions to their goals.
  • Fostering customer advocacy and reference-ability to support new business expansion.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bring 5+ years experience, including 2 in customer success with SaaS/cybersecurity, and have a Bachelors degree.
  • Build professional relationships across all levels, including CISO, CIO, Security Directors, Network Directors, Analysts, and Engineers.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and some hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Virtualization or Cloud Computing.
  • Demonstrate Project management experience to support efficient planning, execution, and timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Be passionate about learning and embracing new technologies, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge in cybersecurity.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in selling, leading customer success, or deploying Zero Trust solutions.
