Job Description
What you can expect from the job
- We are looking for a skilled PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building an efficient and scalable MDM system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps, and a strong understanding of MDM concepts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deploy MDM solutions that ensure accurate, consistent, and secure master data across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement PowerApps applications to support the Master Data Management (MDM) system.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build end-to-end solutions for data governance, validation, and enrichment.
- Work closely with business users, data architects, and IT teams to understand MDM requirements and ensure that solutions meet organizational needs.
- Implement data validation rules, automated workflows, and reporting mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to internal stakeholders on MDM solutions and processes.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the PowerApps-based MDM system.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to data privacy regulations and industry best practices for MDM.

Must-have skills/ characteristics
- Proven experience in PowerApps development and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, practices, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL Server for data storage and integration.
- Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
- Ability to design user-friendly, scalable applications within PowerApps.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring high data quality and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Other desirable skills/characteristics
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PowerApps or Power Automate certification).
- Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP, or others.
- Experience in integrating PowerApps with ERP or other enterprise resource systems.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PowerApps development or Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions.
- Prior experience in developing MDM systems or data management solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.
- Willingness to travel domestic/international.
