Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple related projects and initiatives across teams. The Program Manager will ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure project managers stay on track.
- Monitor program performance and adjust plans as necessary.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across all projects in the program.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 6+ years of project/program management experience, ideally with cross-functional teams.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Proficient in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Role & responsibilities
