Job Description
WHO WE ARE:
The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and strongly contribute to the research development activities related to the design and development of our products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. The individual will work with Zinnia s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization s strategy and vision.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Lead Contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our InsurTech products , works with a cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
- Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams thoroughly manage technical/business requirements
- Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
- Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
- Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
- Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
- May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
- Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
WHAT YOU LL NEED:
- 8-12 years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
- Bachelor s/Masters or equivalent Degree in technology or related field
- Strong Background of working as a Technical Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
- Strong understanding of SDLC technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
- Performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues.
- Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
- Ability to foster teamwork, build collaborative relationships, and showcase excellent work ethic
- Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving Analytical thinking skills .
- Can lead individual assignments deliver with strong expertise
- Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, global team
- Experience in Life Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory
